摘要
旨在检验科技企业孵化器的孵化支持对在孵创业企业研发活动施加的影响.在已有研究的基础上,将孵化支持划分为桥接(bridging)、缓冲(buffering)两类机制,其中,桥接机制主要包括网络支持,缓冲机制包括资金支持和设备支持.通过对2008—2010年中国科技企业孵化器统计数据进行分析,证实网络支持与在孵企业的研发投入之间呈现倒U形关系,资金支持、设备支持对企业研发投入产生正向影响.在此基础上,从双边交互视角探讨企业研发人力资源对孵化支持的调节作用.数据分析表明,在孵企业人力资源减弱网络支持与在孵企业研发投入之间的倒U形关系,削弱设备支持对在孵企业研发投入的正向影响.
It aimed to test the effect of incubating support on the R&D investment of incubatees. Based on the existing studies, it categorized incubating support into bridging and buffering mechanisms: social network support was treated as bridging mechanism, and the financial support and equipment support were deemed as buffering mechanism. It analyzed the data of Chinese technology business incubators from 2008 to 2010 and verified that the there is an inverted "U" shape relationship between social network support and R&D investment of incubatees while financial and equipment support impose positive effect on the R&D investment. Besides, it also studied the moderating effect of R&D human resource on the incubating support. And the results show that the inverted "U" shape effect of network support will be more pronounced for the incubatee with low level of R&D human resource and the positive impact of equipment support weakened for the incubatees with high level of R&D human resource.
