摘要
结合创新搜索理论、社会资本理论与社会网络分析法,从联盟组合的视角出发,研究焦点企业应该如何设计与管理其技术标准联盟组合以获得更高的创新绩效.本文以中国汽车产业360家参与正式标准制定企业的标准联盟组合(共7个时间窗口)为研究对象进行大样本实证研究,结果表明:在标准联盟组合中,企业拥有的关系数量越多,其创新绩效越高;关系强度调节关系数量与企业创新绩效之间的关系;企业个体网络密度越稀疏,其创新绩效越高;关系强度削弱了网络密度与企业创新绩效之间的负相关性,当关系强度增大时,稀疏网络对企业创新绩效的促进作用会减小.
Draw on theories of innovation search, social capital and social network analysis ( SNA), it aimed to help firms design and manage their standard alliance portfolios to achieve a better innovation performance. Based on the net-work-level data of standards alliances of Chinese automobile industry, it established standard alliance portfolio for 360 firms in formal standard setting activities by constructing 7 adjacency matrices. The results of empirical test show that enterprises with a larger number of direct ties will achieve better innovation performance ; the strength of ties has negative influence on the relationship between direct ties and innovative performance; enterprises with a sparse network will achieve better innovation performance; the strength of ties has negative influence on the relationship between density and innovation performance.
