摘要
《吕氏春秋》和《淮南子》是秦汉杂家的代表作,拥有秦汉杂家的学术思想体系。《吕氏春秋》和《淮南子》分别是吕不韦、刘安设计的治国宝典,其学术思想旨在探索治理国家的方法,其学术思想体系的纲领则是贤人运用良策治国的理论系统。贤人政治是实现君为贤君、臣为贤臣的制度保证,天地人合一的法天地、审之人是编制治国良策的理论依据。贤人+良策的治国理论系统就是《吕氏春秋》和《淮南子》学术思想体系的核心内容和精华所在。秦汉杂家是学术思想特色鲜明、学术思想体系完整的一家,价值重要,地位崇高。
Lushih chunchiu and Huai nan zi are the representative of Qin -Han Zajia, which has its own aca- demic thought system. Lushih chunehiu and Huai nan zi are designed by Lubuwei and Liu An as the rule book, which aim of the research to explore the way to govern the country. Their programme is the theoretical system of the sage program good rule. Sophistes polities is the guarantee of system for Xian Jun and Xian Chen. World unity of heaven, earth and the person is the theoretical basis for the preparation of good governance. A good theory of gover- ning system is the core content and essence of Lushih chunchiu and Huai nan zi' s academic system. Qin -Han Zajia is a academic and ideological characteristics distinct and a complete system of academic thoughts which has the important value and position in Chinese academic history.
