“符号双轴”视域下当代新闻的“杂交叙述”

On the “Hybrid Narrative” of Contemporary News in the Perspective of Semiotics

数字媒介技术赋予受众信息生产与传播的自主权,进而生成了大量纪实与虚构互相渗透的"杂交叙述",消解了新闻的传统边界,进一步加剧了纪实文类的危机。如果以"符号双轴"理论加以考察,新闻的"杂交叙述"实际上属于一种"宽幅操作"的结果。原本属于"窄幅文化"的新闻,获得了更多的内容选择与形式创新的可能。"宽幅操作"的新闻文本大多生成了独特风格,纪实与虚构杂交的聚合选择使得新闻叙述融合了事实与想象,更具娱乐和审美意味。不过,新闻的"杂交叙述"以及"宽幅操作"面临着"标出项翻转"和"选择悖论"的问题,需要加以反思。

Benefited from the digital media technology, the audience gains more autonomy of the information production and dissemination. A large number of ＂hybrid narrative＂ texts that mix factual and fictional elements ap- peared in the new media. It digests the traditional boundaries of the journalism, furthermore, exacerbates the crisis of factual narrative. Using the semiotics theory of ＂two axes＂ to analyze this phenomenon, we can see that the ＂hybrid narrative＂ of contemporary news is actually a result of ＂broad width operation＂, while the journalism is a ＂narrow - width culture＂ originally. The creators of the ＂hybrid narrative＂ get more possibility of content selection and form innovation. The news narrative of ＂broad width operation＂ has a unique style. The ＂hybrid narrative＂ combines the facts and imagination, thus shows an entertaining and aesthetic style. However, the ＂hybrid narrative＂ of contempo- rary news faced with the problem of ＂conversion of markedness＂ and ＂paradox of choice＂.
