摘要
以某凝汽器为研究对象,利用数值模拟的方法,通过改变凝汽器管束布管空间——管板的高宽比研究管板尺寸对凝汽器壳侧蒸汽流动以及凝汽器压力的影响。计算结果表明,提高凝汽器管板的高宽比,凝汽器壳侧的蒸汽未凝结量先是增加,后又减少,凝汽器压力亦是先提高后降低,分析表明,在工程上可接受的管板高宽比范围内,存在一个高宽比不理想的极值。就本文算例而言,1.5:1的管板高宽比对改善凝汽器性能不利,而该凝汽器原有1.65:1的管板高宽比较为合理。
The flow in the shell - side and the pressure of one condenser with different tube sheet sizes were researched by using the numerical simulation method. The simulation results show that the amount of non-condensing steam in the shell- side and the condenser pressure increases first and decreases afterwards by raising the high aspect ratio of tube sheet. The analysis indicates that there is an unsatisfactory extremum of the high aspect ratio of tube sheet in the acceptable range in the engineering. In the case of the paper, the aspect ratio of 1.5 is disadvantageous for improving the performance of condenser, however the primary ratio 1.65 of the condenser is more reasonable.
