铁素体对1Cr11MoV喷嘴氮化层显微组织结构的影响

摘要 为了改善某型汽轮机高温部件喷嘴的耐磨损能力,提高汽轮机的使用寿命,采用气体渗氮的方法在喷嘴表面制备一定厚度的氮化保护层,但在氮化过程中由于基体材料中游离的铁素体含量较多,氮化层的显微组织结构发生了变化。研究了铁素体含量对氮化层显微组织结构的影响。结果表明:铁素体的含量对氮化层显微结构产生一定的影响,铁素体含量超过5%时,氮化层中出现了沿着铁素体晶界黑色条纹缺陷。 In order to improving the resistant capability to wear and tear of nozzle high temperature parts which be used in gas turbine, and improving the service life of the gas turbine, a kind of nitride case has been obtained using gas nitriding method. Because of high content of free ferrite in base material, the nitride case microstructure changed in the process of nitriding. This article studied the effect of ferrite on nitride case microstructure. The experimental results show that content of free ferrite in base material have great influence on nitride case microstructure, when the content of free ferrite exceed 5%, a kind of black stripes defects which along the free ferrite appear in the nitride case.
