鼠标不对称上下壳一模两腔注塑模设计 被引量:7

Design of an Injection Mould with Two Cavities in an Asymmetric Upper and Lower Shell of Mouse

摘要 利用CAD/CAE技术,以鼠标不对称上下壳注塑件为研究对象,运用Moldflow软件对注塑过程进行模流分析,同时对工艺参数以及浇注系统、冷却系统等进行模拟与优化,结合CAE分析结果,考虑塑件的不对称结构,利用UG软件完成了一模两腔的模具设计。结果表明,该模具结构合理,塑件品质良好,模具生产效率高。 By using CAD/CAE technology,the injection molding process of injection molding of the upper and lower shell of the mouse was studied,and the Moldflow software was used to simulate the injection molding process.At the same time,of the process parameters,gating system and cooling system were simulated and optimized.Combined with the results of CAE analysis,considering the asymmetric structure of the plastic parts,the die design of a two cavity was completed by using UG software.The results show that the structure of the mould is reasonable,the quality of plastic parts is good,and the production efficiency is high.
