摘要
根据金属基复合轴套的结构特点和性能要求,进行了轴套的结构和成型工艺分析,并设计了注塑模的整体结构。通过模拟仿真软件模拟了三种不同类型的注塑模浇口产生的熔接痕问题,最终选择熔接痕最少的盘形浇口形式。在轴套成型工艺分析过程中,以提高金属基体与塑料层的结合强度为目标,在前期处理中对金属基体表面进行粗化和活化处理,并在其表面喷涂一层中间结合层,在金属基体加入注塑模之前对模具进行预热处理。
According to the structural characteristics and performance requirements of metal matrix composite sleeve,the structure and molding process of the sleeve was analyzed,and the overall structure of the injection mould was designed.the three different types of gate the weld line was simulated through the simulation software,finally disc gate form with minimum weld mark was chosen.In the process of sleeve forming analysis,in order to improve the bonding strength of metal matrix and plastic layer,in the early stage of treatment,surface treatment and activation treatment of metal matrix was finished,and a layer of intermediate bonding layer was sprayed on the surface,mold was preheated before putting the metal matrix to the injection mold.
