摘要
向家坝升船机筒体为薄壁型混凝土结构,采用高效、简便、直观、经验性成分少的超声波CT穿透法的检测方式,观测系统采用水平同步、发高同步、接高同步、定点方式,可以形成同步声波曲线成果和通过正交射线对连续控制面进行成像处理,有效地增加了检测数据的利用率,以较少的检测工作量形成较全面的检测成果。经试验性检测判断,检测结果较为客观、准确。
A nondestructive ultrasonic CT penetration method is adopted to examine the concrete quality of the tubestructure in Xiangjiaba shiplift, which is of certain advantages such as efficient, simple, visual and less empirical. In the examination system, different synchronization schemes, including the vertical synchronization, emission latitude synchronization, receiving latitude synchronization and fixed - point mode, are adopted to get the synchronous acoustic curves. And, the continuous control planes are imaging processed by orthogonal rays. Thus, the utilization rate of the examination data is effectively increased and a more comprehensive result can be obtained with less work. Testing practice shows that the examination results are accurate and reliable.
