摘要
溪洛渡电站进水口检修闸门、叠梁门、拦污栅均用门机结合液压抓梁进行启闭,运行频繁。而液压抓梁在正常蓄水位下的使用水深达到82 m,因此液压抓梁的密封性、同步性及安全可靠性显得尤为重要。前期使用过程中出现过随行抓梁电缆被拉断、液压泵站进水、穿退销中途停止等故障,对电站的正常运行造成一定威胁。为此,对液压抓梁的密封性、同步性及力矩限制器进行了改造,取得了预期的良好效果。
Hydraulic grabbing beam is adopted in Xiluodu Hydropower Station with the gantry crane to operate the bulkhead gates, stoplog gates and trash racks of water inlets. As the high operation frequency and deep working depth underwater, the sealing performance, synchronicity and reliability of the beam is of great importance. In the early period of its operation, different faults are observed such as breaking of the accompanying cable, flooding of the hydraulic pump station, and stop of the pin on and off process, which seriously affect the normal operation of the power station. Thus, renovation schemes are proposed to improve the sealing performance and synchronicity of the grabbing beam and also the moment limiter. Practice shows that the renovation is satisfactory.
