众筹模式引入与都市食品质量安全问题的解决路径探讨——以北京市为例

The Solution Path for Urban Food Quality and Safety Issues Under Introduction of Crowdfunding——Taking Beijing City as An Example

从北京都市现代农业发展的视角出发,首先分析认为都市农产品供求体系的结构性矛盾引致了农产品质量安全问题,之后通过对典型案例的深入分析,探讨了众筹模式引入下解决都市农产品质量安全问题的机理,即解决优质安全农产品生产者面临的融资困境与激励不足问题、农产品流通体系问题等,最后提出在推动都市现代农业发展过程中应大力推广农业众筹模式,构建绿色优质农产品的供给体系,从而确保都市食品质量安全的发展路径。

Food quality and safety issues are the focus of current public concern. From the perspective of the development of modem ur- ban agriculture in Beijing city, the author analyzed the structural contradiction of the supply and demand system of urban agricultural prod- ucts, which leads to the problem of quality and safety of agricultural products. Then, through typical case analysis, the author explored the mechanism for solving the issue of quality and safety of urban agricultural products under the introduction of crowdfunding model including solving the financing difficulties and underinvestment problems faced by producers of high quality and safe agricultural products, and the problems of agricultural products circulation system. Finally, the author proposed that the agricultural crowd：funding model should be vigor- ously promoted to build green quality agricultural products supply and demand system, so as to ensure the quality of urban food safety.
