摘要
随着老龄化进程的加速,骨质疏松症的发病率日益增高。作为常见零食,西梅富含多种与骨质代谢有关的物质,如硼、镁、钾、多酚类化合物等,它们能抑制骨吸收,促进骨生成,有效地防治骨质疏松症。本文对近几年国内外有关西梅与骨质疏松症的研究进展进行综述。
With the acceleration of aging process, the incidence of osteoporosis is rising. As our daily snacks, prune is rich in bone metabolism related substances, such as boron, magnesium, potassium, polyphenol compounds, which can prevent and treat osteoporosis effectively by inhibiting bone absorption and promoting bone formation. The paper reviewed the research advancements of prunes and osteopo- rosis in recent years were reviewed.
