紫外光电探测器无论在军用还是民用领域均有广泛应用,详细阐述了紫外光电探测器的用途和原理,比较了宽禁带半导体紫外探测器、紫外光电倍增管和Si基紫外探测器的优劣,并重点介绍了不同结构类型的宽禁带半导体紫外探测器与几种提高器件性能的方法。
Ultraviolet photo-detectors are widely used in both military and civilian areas. This paper elaborates the application and principle of ultraviolet photo-detector, describes the advantages and disadvantages of wide bandgap semiconductor UV detectors, UV photo-multiplier tubes and Si-based UV detectors. This paper particularly introduces the wide bandgap semiconductor UV detectors and some methods to improve its device performance.
