摘要
隧道防火涂料能提高隧道结构的耐火性能,但当涂料与衬砌间的粘结强度较低时,会造成涂料脱落现象,影响防火效果。通过粘结拉伸试验研究了衬砌湿度、养护湿度和温度与粘结强度之间的关系。结果表明衬砌干湿程度对粘结性能有重要影响,衬砌越潮湿粘结强度越低;养护湿度有利于粘结强度的提高;温度较低时,养护温度提高有利于粘结强度的增长,但养护温度较高时粘结强度反而下降。研究结果可为隧道防火涂料的应用提供技术支撑,具有较好的理论和实际意义。
Fire-resistant coating for tunnel can improve the fire resistance of the tunnel structure, but when the bond strength between coating and lining is low, it will cause fall off, which will affect the fire prevention effect. The relationship between moisture, curing humidity, curing temperature and bond strength was studied by tensile test. The study results show that the humidity degree of lining has important influence on bond performance, The higher humidity of lining results from lower bond performance. Curing humidity helps to improve the bond strength. When curing temperature is low, bond strength increases with the increases of curing temperature, but bond strength decreases when the curing temperature is higher. The research results can provide technical support for the application of ire-resistant coating for tunnel, and has good theoretical and practical significance.
