摘要
针对内蒙古某钾长石矿,首先采用浮选工艺进行除铁和黑云母试验,然后采用磁选工艺进一步除去铁矿物。试验结果表明,采用浮选—磁选联合工艺可得到K_2O质量分数为12.97%,Na_2O质量分数为1.42%,Fe_2O_3质量分数为0.22%,TiO_2质量分数为0.06%的钾长石精矿。
Test was conducted on an iron potassium feldspar ore in Inner Mongolia to remove iron and biotite in flotation process prior to removing iron ore by magnetic separation process. The test results show that the flotation-magnetic separation combined process could obtain potassium feldspar concentrate with K2O content 12.97%, Na2O 1.42%, Fe2O3 content 0.22% and TiO2 content 0.06%.
