摘要
某铅锌浮选尾矿中伴生萤石质量分数为18.84%,主要脉石矿物为石英、方解石等,为回收该尾矿中的萤石,进行了详细的选矿试验研究。常温条件下,以碳酸钠为调整剂,水玻璃、硫酸铝和腐植酸钠为脉石矿物的抑制剂,油酸和731作为组合捕收剂,采用2次粗选8次精选的闭路浮选流程,最终得到CaF_2品位为96.18%,回收率为69.63%的优质萤石精矿。
A lead-zinc flotation tailings in western Yunnan province contains associated fluorite being 18. 84% in content with its main gangue minerals consisting of quartz and calcite. A detailed flotation test study was carried out to recover fluorite from the tailings. At normal temperature, test was conducted with sodium carbonate as regulator, water glass, aluminum sul- fate and sodium humate as depressors, oleic acid and 731 as combined collectors in a closed circuit flotation flowsheet of 2-roug- hing and 8-cleaning to produce a fluorite concentrate product in high quality with CaF2 96.18% grade and 69.63% recovery.
