刚果Hinda低品位磷矿脱硅脱镁混合反浮选试验

摘要 对刚果Hinda低品位磷矿石样品采用擦洗脱泥、脱硅脱镁混合反浮选工艺流程进行了浮选试验研究,结果表明:对P_2O_5品位为10%~13%的低品位磷矿样,可以获得P_2O_5总回收率60%左右,P_2O_5品位≥32%的优质磷精矿。对宜昌磷矿进行了该工艺探索性试验,亦能获得高品质精矿。 Abstract. Flotation test was conducted on the low-grade phos- phate rock in Hinda, Congo in the mixed reverse flotation process of scrubbing, desliming, desilicication and magnesium removal. The results showed that phosphate concentrate in high quality with the overall recovery of around 60% P2O5 and P2O5 grade 32% could be produced from the 10%- 13% P2O5 low-grade phosphate rock in Hinda, Congo. Exploratory test was carried out on the phosphate rock in Yichang with phosphate concentrate in high quality obtained using the process. Therefore, whether the process can be popularized in China needs to further study.
