摘要
为降低矿山运营成本,改善井下作业环境,对某磷矿原通风系统设计进行优化。通过采用高效的充填采矿法降低工作面数量,减少了矿井需风量;通过优化回风井的位置和断面,并采用多级机站通风,降低了矿山总负压和通风总负荷。原设计经优化后,大大降低了通风运行成本,为矿山投产后产生较好的经济效益打下了坚实的基础。
Optimization of the original design of ventilation system in a phosphate ore was made to reduce its operating costs and improve the underground working environment. The number of working face was lowered and air volume in the mine was reduced using the efficient cut-and-filling mining method. The total nega- tive pressure ventilation and the total load in the mine were reduced by optimizing the return air shaft position and cross section and using a multi-stage ventilator station. The optimized design of the mine ventilation system significantly reduced the ventilation operation costs. Laying a solid foundation for the mine to produce good economic benefits after being put into operation.
