摘要
该研究采用邻苯三酚自氧化法和水杨酸分光光度法,测定了金荞麦70%醇提物清除超氧阴离子自由基(O_2^-)以及羟基自由基(·OH)的效果。结果表明:金荞麦总黄酮提取物能显著地清除超氧阴离子和羟基自由基,且随提取物浓度的升高其抗氧化性作用逐渐增强^([1])。
The scavenging effect on superoxide anion and hydroxy radical of 70% ethanol extract is determined using the pyrogallol autoxidation and the salicylic acid method from Fagopyrum dibotrys.The results show Fagopyrum dibotrys (D.Don) Hara flavonoids can remove superoxide anion radical O-2) and hydroxyl radical (·OH) remarkably. With the concentration of flavonoids increasing in Fagopyrum dibotrys (D.Don) Hara, their antioxidant activities have gradually increased.
