摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定地顶孢霉培养物中虫草素的含量。方法:测定色谱条件为:色谱柱为C18,5μm,4.6mm×250mm,流动相为乙腈—水(95∶5),检测波长为260nm。结论:虫草素在1~50μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R^2为0.999 8;虫草素的回收率为98.7%~101.6%;虫草素的测定重复性RSD为0.62%。结论:该方法线性范围宽、分析时间短、样品前处理简便、定量结果准确、重现性好,为其质量控制提供了依据。
Objective:High performance liquid chromatographic method was used for the determination of the content of the Cordycepin in the culture of Acremonium terricola.Determination of chromatographic conditions:column as C 18 (5μm, 4.6mm×250mm), mobile phase as acetonitrile-water (95:5, v/v), detection wavelength of 260nm.Conclusion: Cordycepin showed a good linear relationship at range of 1-50μg/mL(R2=0.999 8).The recovery rate of cordycepin was 98.7% to 101.6%.The RSD Cordycepin was 0.62%.Conclusion:This method showed a wide linear range of the determination, a short analysis time, simple pre-treatment of samples, quantitative results and a good reproducibility.It provided the basis for the quality control.
