摘要
该文选取文冠果种子为实验对象,通过不同浓度的PEG溶液模拟干旱环境,研究PEG处理对文冠果种子发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数等指标的影响。结果表明:低浓度(5%、15%)PEG溶液处理对文冠果种子的萌发和幼苗生长具有一定的促进作用,浓度为5%的PEG溶液对种子萌发特性的影响最优,浓度为15%的PEG溶液对幼苗生长的影响最优。高浓度(25%)PEG处理对文冠果种子的萌发和幼苗生长具有一定的抑制作用。
The study objected Xanthoceras Sorbifolia Bunge seeds to explore drought stress simulated by polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000) on germination characteristics.The study target was drought stress treatment on germination rate, germination index and vigor index, etc.The results showed that PEG concentration range of 5%and15% had a promoting role in seed germination and seedling growth, and optimal PEG concentration is proved 5% with maximum germination rate, germination indexand vigor index.It also found highest seedling height was under 15% PEG treatment.However, the high concentration PEG (25%) treatment, to some extent, observed inhibiting role on seed germination and seedling growth of Xanthoceras Sorbifolia Bunge.
