利用现代分子生物学技术开展大学生创新性试验项目

Practice of University Student Innovative Experiment Program by Modern Molecular Biology Technology

该文以构建基因ILKAP的真核表达载体及通过Western-blotting进行检测的创新型试验项目为例,利用现代分子生物学技术,对在校本科生的创新性试验项目的设计方案、实施及试验结果与成效进行了探讨。结果显示,该实验项目的实施,不仅可以培养学生的思维能力和创新意识,提高其实验设计和实际操作的能力,而且提高了学生的主动性和团队协作能力。

Taking the experiment of ＂Construction of the eukaryotic expression vector of Flag-ILKAP-pCMV-2b and then detection of the expression by western-blotting in HEK293T cells＂ as an example, we expored the design scheme, experimantal implementations and results and analysis by the use of modem molecular biological techniques.The implementation of experiment program trained the capability and idea of innovation, foster students＂ experimental design and operation skills, and also enhanced the initiative and teamwork ability.
