头针对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠心肌酶谱的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Scalp Acupucture on Mycardial Enzymes in Mycardial Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury Rats

摘要 目的观察头针"额旁1线"对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血浆乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、心肌Na^+-K^+-ATPase、Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATPase活性的影响,探讨头针防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用机制。方法Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、假手术组、缺血再灌组和头针治疗组,每组8只。采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支30min,再灌注15min制备大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型。取头部双侧"额旁1线"区域进行电针治疗,频率14Hz,强度2V。以血浆乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、心肌Na^+-K^+-ATPase和Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATPase活性为观察指标。结果模型组大鼠较假手术组、空白对照组血浆LDH活性明显升高(P<0.01),而头针治疗组较模型组明显降低(P<0.01)。模型组心肌Na^+-K^+-ATPase、Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATPase活性显著下降,与假手术组、空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而头针治疗组与模型组比较,这两种酶活性显著提高(P<0.01)。结论头针具有防治心肌缺血再灌性损伤的作用,其机制可能与保护各种心肌酶类,减轻Ca^(2+)超载有关。 Objective To explore the mechanism of scalp acupucture (SA) in the prevention of myocardial ischemia - reperfusion injury (MI/RI) by examing the activity of plasma lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH), myocardial Na^+ - K^+ -ATPase and Ca^2+ -Mg^2+ -ATPase. Methods 32 rats were randomly divided into the blank control, sham, model and SA treatment groups (n = 8 ). MI/RI model was induced by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery for 30rain, followed by release of the ligation for 15rain. SA was applied to bilateral Epangxian 1 for 30 rain. The activity of LDH, myocardial Na^+ - K^+ - ATPase and Ca^2+ - Mg^2+ - ATPase were observed. Results Compared with blank control and sham group, the activity of LDH was significantly increased, whereas the activity of myocardial Na^+- K^+ - ATPase and Ca^2+ -Mg^2+ -ATPase were markedly decreased in model group. In comparison with model group, the activity of LDH was obviously lowered, whereas the activity of myocardial Na^+ - K^+ - ATPase and Ca^2+ - Mg^2+- ATPas~ were clearly enhanced in scalp treatment group. Conclusion Scalp acupucture can prevent myocardial ischemia -reperfusion injury, and its mechanism may be related to the protection of various enzymes class, thus reducing the Ca^2+ overload
