中西医结合治疗酒精性肝病的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Chinese-western Therapy on Alcoholic Liver Disease

目的观察中药联合水飞蓟素、多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗酒精性肝病的临床效果。方法 60例酒精性肝病患者随机分为两组,两组均予以戒酒、营养调整及体育锻炼,对照组给予水飞蓟素及多烯磷脂酰胆碱口服,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上服用健脾清热祛湿、活血化瘀疏肝中药,观察两组临床疗效及肝功能指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率66.67%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组肝功能指标均有改善(P<0.05),组间对比,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗酒精性脂肪肝具有较理想临床效果。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with silymarin and polyene phosphatidylcholine in treatment of alcoholic liver disease. Methods 60 cases of alcoholic liver disease patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, both groups were treated with abstinencel, adjustment of nutrition and physical exercise, 30 cases in control group were treated with oral silymarin 140mg and polyene phosphatidyl choline 465mg, 3 times a day, treatment group was treated with spleen and clearing heat and removing dampness, promoting blood circulation of Shugan prescription on the basis of control group, 1 dose a day, water fried took juice, 2 times a day. The course of both groups were 6 weeks, at the end of the course, observe the clinical effect and liver function indexes of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%, higher than 66.67% of control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The liver function indexes of both groups improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The clinical efficacy in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Integrated Chinese - western therapy is effective in treatment of alcoholic fatty liver, which is worthy of clinical application.
