面部透刺电针配合温和灸治疗周围性面瘫疗效分析

Effect Analysis of Facial Penetration Electric Acupuncture combined with Mild Moxibustion in Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的观察面部透刺电针配合温和灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效,及对患者Portmann评分、面部残疾指数的影响。方法将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,观察组采用面部透刺电针配合温和灸治疗,对照组采用传统针刺电针配合红外线照射治疗。疗程结束后比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后患者Portmann评分、面部残疾指数的变化。结果观察组60例中,治愈53例,显效4例,有效2例,无效1例,治愈率88.3%,总有效率98.3%;对照组60例中,治愈42例,显效5例,有效8例,无效5例,治愈率70.0%,总有效率91.7%。两组治疗后比较,经统计学分析,治愈率有极显著性差异(P<0.01),总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后患者Portmann评分及面部残疾指数均明显升高,经统计学分析,差异具有极显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗后与对照组比较,观察组Portmann评分及面部残疾指数改善更明显,经统计学分析,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论表明面部透刺电针配合温和灸治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著,且能明显改善患者Portmann评分及面部残疾指数,恢复面神经功能,作用优于对照组,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of facial penetration electric acupuncture combined with mild moxibustion in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis and its impact on Potmann score, facial deformity index. Methods 120 cases of peripheral facial paralysis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. Observation group was treated with facial penetration electric acupuncture combined with mild moxibustion, control group received traditional acupuncture combined with infrared irradiation treatment. Compare the clinical curative effect after treatment and Portmann score, facial deformity index changes before and after treatment. Results In observation group of 60 cases, 53 cases cured, 4 cases were markedly effective, effective in 2 cases, 1 had no effect, the cure rate of 88.3% , the total effective rate was 98.3% ; in control group of 60 cases, 42 cases cured, 5 cases had marked effect, 8 cases effectively, invalid in 5 cases, the cure rate 70.0%, the total effective rate was 91.7%. Comparing the two groups after treatment, the cure rate had extremely significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）, the total effective rate had significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the Portmann scores and facial deformity indexes of both groups were significantly enhanced with extremely significant significance difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; compared with control group, the Portmann score and facial deformity index of observation group improved more obviously with significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Facial penetration electric acupuncture combined with mild moxibustion is effective in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, it can obviously improve the Portmann score and facial deformity index, restore facial nerve function, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
