摘要
介绍了高压辊磨机的工作原理,高压辊磨后细粒部分比例大幅提高;对高压辊磨和常规破碎后样品进行了对比氰化试验。结果表明,采用全泥氰化工艺,高压辊磨在金浸出率上没有优势,金浸出率由89.80%降为79.88%;而采用堆浸工艺,则经高压辊磨后,金浸出率比常规破碎样品有较大幅度的提高,从53.85%升至79.88%。
Working principle of high pressure grinding roll was introduced. Proportion of fine part was substantially increased after high pressure grinding roll. Cyanidation leaching results show that compared with conventional crushing has no advantages in all-slime cyanidation process with gold leaching rate dropping from 89.90% to 79.88%, but gold leaching rate in heap leaching process rises from 53.85% to 79.88% after high pressure grinding roll compared with conventional crushing.
