腹腔镜辅助D2根治术对远端进展期胃癌患者肿瘤及复发转移相关指标的影响研究

Influence of Laparoscopic-asisted D2 Radical Operation on Recurrence and Metastasis Related Indexes of Distal Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的研究与观察腹腔镜辅助D2根治术对远端进展期胃癌患者肿瘤及复发转移相关指标的影响情况。方法将行D2根治术治疗的70例远端进展期胃癌患者,根据手术方式的不同分为对照组(开腹手术组)35例和观察组(腹腔镜辅助手术组)(35例),然后分别检测两组患者手术前后的肿瘤标志物及复发转移相关指标水平并比较。结果术前两组患者的肿瘤标志物及复发转移相关指标比较,P均>0.05,而术后两组的上述指标检测结果均低于术前,且观察组复发转移相关指标水平均低于对照组,P均<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜辅助D2根治术对远端进展期胃癌患者的肿瘤及复发转移相关指标水平均有积极的影响,因此腹腔镜手术的临床应用价值较高。

Objective To study and observe the influence of laparoseopic-asisted D2 radical operation on recurrence and metastasis related indexes of distal advanced gastric cancer. Methods 70 patients with distal advanced gastric cancer who were treated with D2 radical operation were divided into the control group （ open operation group） and the observation group （ laparo- scopic-asisted operation group） ,each with 35 cases, according to the difference of operation types, then the tumor markers, recurrence and metastasis related indexes of the 2 groups before and after the operation were respectively detected and compared. Results The tumor markers, recurrence and metastasis related indexes of the 2 groups before the operation were compared, all P 〉 0.05, while those detection results of the 2 groups before the operation were all lower than the results after the operation, and the recurrence and metastasis related indexes of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group, all P 〈 0.05, the differences were all significant. Conclusion Laparoscopic-asisted D2 radical operation has active role for recurrence and metastasis related indexes of patients with distal advanced gastric cancer, so the clinical application value of laparoscopic operation is higher.
