摘要 目的探讨脑胶质瘤患者中血清半乳糖凝集素-1(Galectin-1)和α心肌1水平以及临床意义。方法选择脑胶质瘤患者78例,同期选择体检健康者50例作为对照组。采用酶联合免疫吸附法(Elise)检测两组血清Galectin-1和α心肌1水平。分析血清Galectin-1和α心肌1水平与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、肿瘤部位、病理分级及KPS评分等临床病理因素间的相关性。结果与对照组相比,胶质瘤患者血清Galectin-1和α心肌1水平显著增高(P<0.01)。胶质瘤患者血清Galectin-1和α心肌1水平与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、瘤灶直径无明显相关性(P>0.05),与病理分级和KPS评分显著相关(P<0.01)。死亡组患者在入院时血清中Galectin-1和α心肌1水平明显高于存活组(P<0.01)。结论胶质瘤患者中血清Galectin-1和α心肌1水平显著升高,其与胶质瘤的恶性程度密切相关,有望成为评价该病患者临床预后的有用指标之一。 Objective To investigate the serum levels of Galectin-1 and ACTC1 in glioma and its clinical significance. Methods 78 cases of glioma were selected. At the same time, 50 healthy patients by physical examination were the control group. Serum levels of Galectin-1 and ACTC1 were detected and compared in the 2 groups. Correlation between Galectin-1 and ACTC1 and the clinicopathological factors of glioma was analyzed. Serum levels of Galectin-1 and ACTC1 were compared between survival group and death group during 1 -year follow up. Results Serum levels of Galectin-1 and ACTC1 of glioma group were ob- viously higher than the control group( P 〈 0.01 ). Serum levels of Galectin-1 and ACTC1 of glioma were irrelevant to age, gender, tumor site, and tumor size ( P 〉 0.05 ) , and were closely relevant to KPS score and clinical grade ( P 〈 0.01 ). Serum levels of Ga- lectin-1 and ACTC1 of death patients with 1-year follow up were remarkably higher than those of survival patients with statistical difference( P 〈0. O1 ). Conclusion Serum levels of Galeetin-1 and ACTC1 of glioma are obviously increased, and are related with grade malignancy of glioma, it can be an effective indicators of clinical prognosis.
