子宫内膜癌临床病理特点与淋巴结转移的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Clinical Pathological Characteristics and Lymph Node Metastasis in Patients with Endometrial Carcinoma

目的探讨子宫内膜癌临床病理特点与淋巴结转移的相关性。方法选取76例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象,分析该类患者的临床病理资料特点,并探究其与淋巴结转移的相关性。结果 76例中有15例子宫内膜癌患者发生淋巴结转移,淋巴结转移的影响因素有宫颈受累、肌层浸润、脉管浸润、病理类型及病理分期等。结论肌层浸润或脉管浸润程度深,病理分期程度低以及宫颈受累与子宫内膜癌患者淋巴结转移密切相关。

Objective To investigate the relationship between clinical pathological characteristics and lymph node metastasis in patients with endometrial carcinoma. Methods 76 cases of endometrial cancer were selected as the research object, the characteristics of the clinical pathological data of the patients were analyzed, and their correlation with lymph node metastasis was analyzed. Results In 76 subjects, 15 cases of endometrial cancer lymph node metastasis and the influenclng factors of lymph node metastasis have cervical involvement, muscular layer infiltration, vascular invasion, pathological type and pathological staging. Conclusion The degree of muscular invasion or vascular invasion is deep, the degree of pathological stage is low, and cervical involvement is closely related to lymph node metastasis in patients with endometrial carcinoma.
