Methods and Technologies for Adulteration Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine

随着中药材的应用越来越广泛,市场上出现的伪品药材也越来越多,本文就市场上常见伪品种类及其四种鉴别伪品药材方法的特点进行了综述,主要有传统经验鉴别,色谱法,光谱法,DNA条形码鉴别研究等,采用多种方法相结合可以使鉴别结果更加准确。另外,新兴方法如色谱色谱或光谱质谱联用等为进一步开展中药材伪品的深入研究和中药质量控制利用提供重要参考依据。

The adulterate herbs have increasingly appeared in the market with the wide application of traditional Chinese medicine. The common adulterations of TCM and the features and properties of four methods applied in the distinguish study including traditional identification, chromatography, spectrometry and DNA barcoding were introduced by referring to literatures published. In general, combining two or three methods made the identification conclusion more accurate. Additionally, new approaches like chromatography coupled with spectrometer or mass spectrometer provided reference for deep studies and the quality control of TCM.
