溃疡性结肠炎肠黏膜屏障损伤机制的研究进展

Research Progress on Mucosal Barrier Damage Mechanism of Ulcerative Colitis

溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的病因及其发病机制尚未有明确的定位,研究显示肠道黏膜屏障的损伤在UC的发生和发展中有着重要的作用,肠黏膜屏障不是单一的成分,而是由多种物质组成的保护肠道黏膜不受病原体侵染的物质。本文就溃疡性结肠炎黏膜屏障的损伤及相关机制的研究进行综述,为溃疡性结肠炎新的治疗途径及抗UC新药的研究提供依据。

Etiology and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis have a clear position yet, studies have that intestinal mucosal barrier injury plays an important role in UC happens and developments, mucosal barrier is not a single component, it is made up of multiple substances to protect intestinal mucosal infected with pathogens. Theulcerative colitis mucosal barrier injury and related mechanisms, it provide evidence for the treatment with new ways of ulcerative colitis and reserch of new drugs to resistance in UC.
