PVA/SiO_2复合纤维膜的制备和表征

摘要 采用静电纺丝法制备不同浓度PVA/SiO_2混合溶液的纤维,通过改变加入二氧化硅溶液质量得到不同比例混合溶液,找到最佳的比例得到最优质的纤维达到改善PVA性能的目的。本实验中共配四组混合溶液进行静电纺丝,结果表明加入二氧化硅溶液质量对PVA/SiO_2混合溶液粘度存在影响。反应过程中黏度变化规律也相似:随着加入二氧化硅质量减少,混合溶液粘度增加,混合溶液纺丝性能得到改善;FT-IR表明:杂化纤维中PVA与SiO_2之间形成化学键结合有游离的基团;XRD分析表明:二氧化硅为非定型;接触角测量表明:复合纤维亲水能力降低;TEM结果表明:随着加入二氧化硅质量增加,纤维表面粒子数也增加,但呈不均匀变化。 Electrospinning was used to prepare different concentrations of PVA/SiO2 of nanofibers in this experiment. The best ratio to the concentration of SiO2 and PVA was obtained by changing of mixed solution, the best quality of nanofibers were got. The experimental results showed that the amount of silica solution effected the viscosity of PVA/SiO2 hybrid solution. With reduction of the amount of silica, spinning performance of mixed solution was improved, just like the SEM and TWM images showed. FT-IR showed that PVA formed a chemical bond with SiO2 in nanofibers. XRD analysis showed that prepared SiO2 was amorphous. The contact angle results showed that the hydrophilic property of the composite fiber was decreased.
