摘要
为寻求适合的锌基脱硫剂载体,分别以半焦、活性半焦(SC)、活性炭(AC)和4A分子筛(4A)为载体,Zn(NO_3)_2·6H_2O为活性组分前驱体,用加压浸渍法制备脱硫剂,通过硫化实验(以半焦、SC、AC和4A为载体脱硫剂的硫容分别为0.21%、4.46%、5.40%和5.52%)、BET和SEM表征、分析,证明加压浸渍能明显提高半焦的比表面积和孔容(分别提高到近14倍和5倍),活化半焦,使其比活性炭和4A分子筛更适合做锌基脱硫剂载体。
In order to seek suitable carrier for zinc-based desulfurizer, the desulphurizer was prepared by pressure impregnation method using semi-coke, active semi-coke ( SC ) activated carbon (AC) and 4A molecular sieve (4A) as carrier, Zn (NO3 )2· 6H2O as the active component precursor. Through vulcanization experiment (the sulfur capacities of semi-coke, SC, AC and 4A were 0.21% , 4. 46% , 5.40% and 5.52% ) , BET, SEM characterization and analysis, it obviously proved that pressurized dipping can activate semi-coke, the specific surface area and pore volume of the semi- coke ( nearly 14 times and 5 times respectively), and make it much more suitable than activated carbon and 4A molecular to be the carrier for zinc-based desulfurization agent.
