摘要
利用石蜡切片技术观察安国地产药材祁白芷根的组织显微结构组成及各部分分布比例情况;再通过组织化学定位技术和荧光显微技术观察祁白芷药材的质量控制成分-香豆素类成分的准确积累部位。实验以欧前胡素为阳性对照,研究发现香豆素类成分主要形成积累在祁白芷根韧皮部的油管中。结果表明,韧皮部中的油管是祁白芷药材香豆素成分积累的主要场所。
Paraffin section technique was used to observe Anguo trueborn Angelica dahurica radix tissue microstructure and the distribution proportion of each part, and the histochemical localization of coumarin as quality control component of Angelica dahurica was observed combined with histochemical and fluorescence microscope using imperatorin as positive control. The study found that the coumarin mainly distributed in vitta of Angelica dahurica radix phloem. The results showed that the vitta of phloem was the main place for coumarin accumulation in Angelica dahurica.
