摘要
旋转设备联轴器的对中质量不好会使设备运行时产生振动,造成轴承等转动部件的磨损,直接影响设备运行和使用寿命。传统对中方法中测量仪表安装固定比较困难,即使采用磁力表座固定测量仪表,由于其表杆刚度不足,会导致测量误差增加,使联轴器对中无效。为提高对中精度、简化操作、实现径向与轴向测量,设计、加工了一套专用对中找正卡具,以满足企业安装、检修的实际需要。
Centring coupling of rotating equipment in poor quality will make the device vibrate, damage bearings and other moving parts, directly affects the operation and life expectancy of the equipment. Traditional measurements for installation centring is more difficult, even with magnetic stand fixed gauges, due to its lack of rigidity of the shaft, it can lead to measurement errors and increases coupling invalid. In order to improve the accuracy, simplify the process and actualize the measurement of radial and axial directions, one actual requirement which was necessary for institutions and enterprises to design and produce centring fixtures was designed, for satisfying the needs of installation and maintaince especially in petro-chemistry enterprise.
