摘要
针对物理化学实验中传统的希托夫法测定离子迁移数的实验设计易出现时间久,实验结果不准确的特点,对实验方案进行了改进。采用操作速度快、准确率更高的电导滴定法代替实验中的化学滴定法来确定铜离子浓度。同时给出了该实验的实验原理和操作方法,并对改进前后的实验结果和时间进行了对比。学生实验结果表明改进后的实验准确性和可操作性皆有较大提升。
An improved experiment for determining ion transference numbers by Hittorf method was established, which was usually difficult to operate because of the long experiment time and the inaccurate results. Conductometric titration with fast operating speed, high accuracy rate and easy operation was used to replace the chemical titration in experiment to determine the copper ion content. The experimental principle and operation method were introduced, and comparison of the student experimental time and results before and after improvement were discussed. Students' experiment results showed that the accuracy and maneuverability were both improved.
