摘要
通过走访企业,往届毕业生回访等形式获取调研资料,并对调研资料进行分析、汇总,按照以工作过程为主线、以能力培养为中心的理念,完成课程体系的优化,并根据学生未来的就业岗位、求职过程及学生自身的特点,在教学内容、教学方法、考试模式等方面进行了改革。通过实践,学生学习的"认真度"及积极性、所学"知识"的实用性、实训操作的机会等均有了很大的提高,取得了良好的教学效果。
The development of course system was completed according to the investigation data by visiting enterprises and graduates, the idea of working process as the main line and concept of ability training as the center. At the same time, some reforms were carried out such as teaching content, teaching method, examination mode, according to the future employment, job search process and the characteristics of the students themselves. Practice showed that the seriousness and enthusiasm of students' learning, the practicality of knowledge, practice opportunities of training, and so on, were all greatly improved, good teaching results were achieved.
