摘要
以硫黄硫化的废旧丁基橡胶内胎为研究对象,利用转矩流变仪进行再生,研究了再生助剂及再生温度、再生时间、转子转速对再生胶门尼黏度和物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,再生时间延长、温度升高或提高转速均能降低再生胶的门尼黏度,且加入再生助剂后,门尼黏度下降幅度增大。两种情况下,拉伸强度及拉断伸长率均随再生时间的延长或再生温度的升高先增大后减小;未添加再生助剂时,拉伸强度及拉断伸长率随转速提高呈下降的趋势。由于时间与温度累积的热效应超过大分子主链C—C键的键能或机械剪切力过大时,造成主链断裂,使再生胶物理机械性能下降。因此,利用转矩流变仪再生废丁基橡胶的最佳配方为:活化剂为0.7质量份,石蜡油为2质量份;最佳工艺条件为:再生温度为220℃,再生时间为10min,转速为45r/min。
The waste butyl rubber inner tubes with sulfur curing system were regenerated by a torque rheometer.The effect of regeneration agent,regeneration time,temperature and rotor speed on Mooney viscosity and mechanical properties of the reclaimed rubber were also studied.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of the reclaimed rubber reduced with longer time,higher temperature or higher rotor speed,and the regeneration agent further reduced the Mooney viscosity.The mechanical property increased and then decreased with a higher regeneration temperature or a longer regeneration time.But the mechanical property decreased with the increase of the rotor speed.The mechanical property decreased as breaking of rubber chains under the action of a higher heating effect or a larger shearing force.Given that,the optimal processing condition was found out asfollows:activator0.7phr,paraffin oil 2phr,temperature 220℃,time 10 min,rotor speed 45r/min.
