环保型乳聚丁苯橡胶的性能对比分析 被引量:3

摘要 研究对比了兰州石化公司近年来开发的结合苯乙烯质量分数为23.5%的环保型乳聚丁苯橡胶SBR1723、SBR1778E、SBR1763E及与非环保牌号SBR1712的填充油类型、硫化特性、物理机械性能及动态力学性能的差异。结果表明,4个牌号丁苯橡胶(SBR)采用的橡胶填充油不同是其产品特性不同的主要因素,SBR1712的硫化速度较快,而SBR1778E的硫化速度较慢;力学性能方面,4个牌号胶料的拉伸强度相当,SBR1723和SBR1778E的扯断伸长率高于SBR1712和SBR1763E;环保型SBR的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)由高到低依次是SBR1763E、SBR1778E和SBR1723;通过动态力学性能测试不同温度下的损耗因子显示,SBR1763E的干地操控性能和抗湿滑性能良好,是动态性能最接近SBR1712的环保型橡胶,SBR1778E和SBR1723具备最低的滚动阻力和抗湿滑性能。 The emulsion polymerized styrene butadiene rubbers were comparatively studied,which were produced by Lanzhou Petrochemical Company with 23.5% bound styrene content(SBR1723,SBR1778 E,SBR1763Eand SBR1712).The results showed that the filling oil was the major difference of four grade rubbers.The curing rate of SBR1712 was faster,and SBR1778 Ewas lower.The elongation of SBR1723 and SBR1778Eis higher than that of SBR1712 and SBR1763E.The order of environmentally-friendly SBR's Tgis SBR1763 E,SBR1778Eand SBR1723 by high to low.SBR1763 has the good dry and wet performance,and it is the closest to SBR1712 for dynamic performances.SBR1778 Eand SBR1723has the lowest rolling resistance and wet skid resistance.
