聚合转化率对充油丁苯橡胶SBR1712的影响

摘要 以充油丁苯橡胶SBR1712为研究对象,在基础胶乳聚合过程中,考察了不同聚合转化率对聚合物的影响。通过折光指数法进行了聚合物结合苯乙烯含量的测试;以甲苯为溶剂,经G2玻璃沙漏斗过滤,采用增重法进行了聚合物凝胶含量测试;采用凝胶渗透色谱法进行聚合物相对分子质量及其分布的测试。并考察了不同转化率的基础胶乳充油后生胶门尼黏度变化程度及其对充油丁苯橡胶SBR1712产品性能的影响。结果表明,在聚合过程中控制好基础胶乳门尼黏度,聚合转化率为70%的基础胶乳可以很好地满足充油丁苯橡胶SBR1712产品生产要求。 Taking oil-extended styrene butadiene rubber SBR1712 produced by JiHua organic Syn- thesis Plant as the research object,the effects of different polymerization conversion rate on polymers were investigated.The combined styrene content was tested by refractive index. The gel content was tested by desiccant method in which methylbenzene was solvent and filtration was done through frosted glass funnel G2. The relative molecular mass and its distribution were tested by GPC. Effects of Mooney viscosity changing degree of SBR1712 with different polymerization conversion rate base latex on product performance were investigated. The results showed that base latex with 70% polymerization conversion rate can meet the production requirements of SBR1712 if Mooney viscosity of the base latex can control well in the production.
