摘要
硅橡胶是一种兼具无机、有机特性的高分子材料,被广泛应用于航天航空、电子、建筑等领域。室温固化加成型硅橡胶因其使用方便,反应过程便于调控等优点而备受关注。近年来,随着社会发展,人们对硅橡胶的隔热及力学性能提出了更高的要求,并通过对其改性获得了较为理想的硅橡胶复合材料。从基胶、填料、交联剂对室温固化加成型硅橡胶复合材料的保温及力学性能影响等方面综述了改性室温固化加成型硅橡胶的研究进展,并对其在保温及力学性能方面的改性进行了展望。
Silicone rubber is a kind of polymer material with inorganic and organic properties. It has been widely used in aerospace, electronics, construction and other fields.Since RTV silicone rubber is easy to be used and controlled, it has attracted more and more attention.In recent years, with the de- velopment of society,people put forward higher requirements to silicone rubber's thermal insulation and mechanical properties.Meanwhile,the more ideal silicone rubber composite material has been prepared through the modification.From the aspects of the base rubber, fillers and crosslinking agent on the thermal insulation and mechanical performance of RTV silicone rubber,the research and development of its component was summarized. The development trend of the modification on silicone rubber's thermal insulation and mechanical performance was pointed out.
