摘要
以实验室某数据机柜为基础,利用ANSYS Icepak热分析软件分别对机柜内风机失效的不同工况进行了热模拟计算,得到了不同工况下机柜的温度、速度分布;通过比较,可以看出,当工作站、服务器、交换机的风机正常工作时,机柜自带的风机开启与否,不影响机柜内器件的温度;当机柜自带的风机(风机关闭)与工作站自带的风机均失效时,机柜内的温度会明显升高,此时如果开启机柜自带的风机,机柜内的温度会随之降低;当机柜内所有的风机均失效,此时机柜内器件的温度远远超过允许的温度限制,机柜系统将停止工作。
On the basis of a data cabinet, the paper introduces the thermal simulation calculation under different working conditions in case of any failure of rims inside the cabinet by using ANSYS Icepak thermal analysis software, to obtain the temperature and velocity distribution in different conditions. By comparison, the conclusion is that when the fans of workstation, server, exchanger are normal operation, the temperature of devices inside the cabinet will not be affected whether the cabinet's own fan is open or not; when both the cabinet's own fan (the fan shut down) and the fan of workstation fail, the temperature inside the cabinet will markedly increase, at the time, if open the cabinet's own fan, the temperature inside the cabinet will decrease accordingly; when all the fans of the cabinet are failure, the temperature of devices in the cabinet will be far higher than allowed temperature limitation and the cabinet system will stop working.
