摘要
快递业务在中国快速增长,民营快递企业业务量市场份额接近九成。顺丰速运以服务标准统一、服务质量稳定、安全性能高,在快递企业总体满意度调查中居排行榜榜首。文章针对市场顺丰速运的快件运单契约条款,剖析了保价与保险、背书法律术语的内涵与运用,探讨了迟延出具发票行为涉嫌侵权,指出规范快递企业运单是保障快递服务质量的根本,是进一步提升快递服务满意度的前提。
The rapid growth of China's express delivery business has made the private courier business volume penetrate ninety percent of the market share. SF EXPRESS ranked the first in the list of the courier company's overall satisfaction survey in terms of its unified service standards, stability of service quality and high security performance.This paper is addressed to issue of SF express consignment contract terms in the market, the analysis of the connotations and application of the legal terms of the insured and the insurance as well as the endorsement. It also investigates the delay invoices issued by the alleged acts of inffringement, and suggests that it is essential for the enterprise to standardize the express waybill regarding the quality of service delivery and it is also the premise for the further enhancement of the express service satisfaction in the sector.
