摘要
针对体育师范生这一特殊群体存在角色定位及自我定位模糊问题,分析了学校缺少必要的顶层设计或顶层设计混乱、专业教师尤其是一些理论课教师对培养目标的模糊、师范生对学习和训练的盲目等是造成体育师范生角色定位及自我定位模糊的主要原因,由此提出体育师范生通过运动素质与教学素质并举、顺应教学与自我规划相结合、专业理论与专业能力协调及发展个性等角色定位和自我定位的策略。
Compared with other normal students, there are some common characteristics and the characteristics of PE teachers. Therefore, many problems such as ambiguity of goal orientation, the lack of teachers' specialty and the disconnection between theory and practice exists in the physical education. This situation requires that the physical education of the students in the training process, should be clearer, more specific self-positioning, and targeted to the existing problems. The kind of role students receive education will not only the institutions of higher learning' s top priority for solving the problem, but also the premise of college students to learn and develop as a whole person. The fuzzy role or the role of inaccuracy will greatly affect the student's learning efficiency and even affect the lifelong development of the students of PE.
