摘要
利用四因素三水平正交试验方法制备九组不同配合比的地质聚合物试样,通过测试试样的正方体抗压强度及抗折强度找到地质聚合物的最优配合比,同时对九组试样进行300℃、600℃、900℃高温处理,再通过测量质量损失及强度损失找出二者的关系。结果表明对地质聚合物强度的影响因素从强到弱依次是矿渣含量、水玻璃与Na OH的质量比、养护温度、砂掺量;质量损失越大强度损失越高,而当质量损失较低时,强度损失与质量损失之间的关系不明确。
With four factors three levels orthogonal test method, we prepared nine groups of polymers with different mixing ratio of specimen, by testing sample cube compressive strength and flexural strength, we found out the optimal mixing proportion of geopolymer. Placing the nine groups of samples under 300℃, 600 ℃, 900℃ high temperatures, and then by measuring the mass loss and strength loss , we tried to figure out the relationship between them. The results show that the strength of geopolymer factors ranging from strong to weak is the quality of the slag content, sodium silicate and NaOH ratio, curing temperature, sand content; When the mass loss is higher than 9.5% , all the strength of the specimen is reduced relatively and when it is lower than 9.5% , the strength of the sample loss and the relationship between the mass loss was not obvious.
