摘要
学习成果认证是学分银行运行中的核心机制,学习成果认证与转换的质量如何,直接影响学分银行的生存和发展。从学分银行学习成果认证的国际比较出发,探讨当前国际学分银行和资格框架对学习成果认证质量的保障机制和具体内容,在此基础上,对我国学分银行学习成果认证与转换质量保障的借鉴意义是,建立内外部保障体系,同时也应该依托质量体系建立一系列的流程,进行有目标、有计划的活动。
Learning outcomes certification is the core system in the process of credit bank run- ning. Quality certification of learning outcomes influences the existence and development of the cred- it bank directly. This paper discusses the present international qualification guarantee system of credit bank and QF. On the basis of comparison, the construction of qualification guarantee of credit bank in China can obtain some experience from the foreign countries by establishing inter and outer qualification guarantee system, and carrying out aim- oriented activities by setting up series of process.
