摘要
在普通本科高校逐渐向应用型本科高校转型背景下,双师型教师队伍建设在培养行政管理应用型人才方面越来越发挥着重要作用。行政管理双师型教师队伍建设可以通过聘用校外导师参与课堂教学、鼓励专业教师参与实习基地建设及培训,深化校企合作等方面着手。高校可通过树立应用型人才培养目标,完善双师型教师的考核和激励机制,深化校企合作等方式,营造双师型教师成长环境。
Since the general undergraduate colleges and universities plication oriented type, double-qualified teaching staff construction plays have been gradually transformed to the ap- a more and more important role in the ap- plied talents training. The administration double--qualified teaching staff construction can be achieved by the follow- ing measures such as employing off-campus mentors to participate in classroom teaching, encouraging professional teachers to take part in the construction and training on the practice bases, strengthening the university-industry co- operation and so on. The colleges and universities need to set up the goal of application oriented talents training, im- prove the assessment and incentive mechanism of the double-qualified teaching staff, deepen the university-industry cooperation and the like, to create the growth environment of the double-qualified teaching staff.
