基于OBE和冰山理论的应用型创新人才能力培养体系研究

On the Cultivation System of Applied-oriented Innovation Talents Based on OBE and Iceberg Theory

能力培养是高等教育永恒的话题,以能力培养为导向,深入探究OBE与冰山理论对人才培养的影响力,结合当前工程类应用型创新人才的发展需求,构建一个以能力培养与潜力激发并重的人才培养模式,研究该模式实现的途径和方法,分解能力要素,归类细化能力要素与课程体系、教学方法、参与对象、培养环境等之间的关系,设计能力要素的实现链路图,创建与之相匹配的以能力培养为中心的课程矩阵方案,在此基础上提出应用型创新人才能力培养体系,使其具有系统性、可操作性、可实现性,从而实现对应用型创新人才更深层次的能力培养。

Ability cultivation is an eternal topic of higher education. Guided by ability cultivation, this papermakes an in-depth exploration on personnel training impacts exerted by Outcomes-based Education （OBE） and icebergIheory. In view of development demands on applied innovative engineering talents, this thesis tries to build up a per-sonnel cultivation mode that highlights both ability cultivation and potential stimulation and explore the way and ap-proach to achieve this mode. Factors of ability are decomposed. Meanwhile, relationships between ability factors andcourse systems, teaching methods, participators and cultivation environment are also be classified and specified. Thelink graph of ability factors is designed so as to set up a matched course matrix plan. Based on this plan, this paperputs forward the cultivation system that makes it more systematical, operational and achievable to realize further culti-vation on applied innovation talents.
