摘要
通过对高校调查数据进行实证分析,本研究探讨了高等医药院校创业教育的教学效果及其影响因素。研究显示:目前高等医药院校创业教育的教学效果不显著,学生个性与教学效果存在明显相关性,教师是否有创业经验并不直接影响教学效果,师生关系融洽、教师教学态度认真、自身能力强、教学内容有吸引力能显著提高创业教育的教学效果。
This paper explores teaching results and influence factors of enterprising education by empirical analy-sis of survey in medical higher institutions. The study shows that at present teaching results in these institutions arenot prominent and teaching results do not exert on whether teachers have entrepreneurial experiences. It also showsthat students" individudities take an evident correlation to teaching effects. Therefore, it can be concluded that thereare certain factors pumping up teaching results of enterprising education, such as harmonious teacher-student rela-tions, serious teaching manner, comprehensive capacity and attractive teaching content.
