新疆少数民族大学生外语教育中的跨文化能力培养探析

新疆少数民族大学生外语教育中的跨文化能力培养有助于提高新疆高校的外语教学质量,促进多元文化生态环境的构建及民族地区的经济和社会发展,然而其培养过程中存在不少薄弱环节和问题,如对其重视程度不够,培养难度大以及师资力量受限等。相应的建议是:把文化教学融入外语课堂教学,培养民族学生的"多元文化意识"以及通过加强师资建设来提高外语教师的跨文化能力。

The cultivation of intercultural competence of Xinjiang ethnic minority college students contributes tothe improvement of foreign language education quality, and facilitates the construction of multi-cultural ecology andthe development of economy and society in minority regions. However, some problems still exist in the process, suchas insufficient attention, cultivating difficulties, and faculty limitations. Several corresponding suggestions are as fol-lows. Culture education should be integrated into classroom teaching, muhi-cuhural consciousness should be cultivatedand faculty construction should be reinforced to improve the intercultural competence of foreign language teachers.
